Awesome Ear Buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the very good Buds+ and was blown away at the sound quality increase. The noise cancelling, fit, and ambient sound are top notch as well. Only downgrade was battery life but I haven't yet run into a situation where it is too short for me.

Do Not Fall for the Hype

I had Samsung Buds before these, and I trade them in for the Pro2. I should've just gotten another brand of ear buds. These are by far the worst. when they aren't falling out or make your ears itch, they are all around uncomfortable. the features aren't what they should be, noise cancelling is not great. They aren't as loud. even with all the updates, they aren't living up to their potential. and the worst part is that I am unable to trade them in or return them.

Difficult to put inside your ear and at the end of the day it hurts. My wife gave them away and keeps using the old and cheaper ones. Sorry, I cannot recommend these ear buds.

My buds don't connect to my device . So I will be returning them.

This product has caused me ear pain and bruise

I bought the Bud Pro 2 this year and it falls off my ear and causes much pain. Not sure why because I have never had issues with other ear buds.
I am not really enjoying it, I wish I could return it.

Disappointed at faulty features

Repost as last review was moderated for unspecific reasons. Find my feature only works when the case is open. Why? In ear detection is faulty and disables transparency and noise canceling. I was so excited for these but lost them 3 times already and can't use features when I'm running. Noise canceling, ambient mode, and 'find my' features are why I paid a premium for these but in my experience none of these features work as expected. I would have been better off just getting some basic cheap bluetooth earbuds. I've been a samsung fanboy for over a decade but this experience has me rethinking the quality of their products outside of phones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slight regression but good ear buds

For HipHop the buds are great. With jazz, R&B, and Neo Soul, mid tones less than desired.
Love the noise canceling aspects. Works very well.
Fit is average. For meetings it is average. I thought it would be a high performer like the earlier samsung buds were, but it's average.
