Great sound but the setup was difficult. I wish the app would tell me that Guest networks don't work, which I knew was a risk, but I was surprised that the Beam Gen 2 didn't support 5GHz Wi-Fi. I keep trying, especially since (if I read correctly) the app says that 5GHz was supported. I finally was able to set it up by activating my 2.4 GHz which I normally prefer off. The app is neat and easy to use. I look forward to expanding my setup with additional speakers. I might connect one with Ethernet to get SonosNet setup. Looking forward to it.

Cons: Difficult Setup

Bought this for my tv. Works great. Setup is super easy on iOS. Sound quality, dialogue clarity and base is exceptional for its size. It does look small under larger TVs (I upgraded from a 50" to a 65")

I purchased the Beam to go with a new TV purchase as with the TV speakers, the sound had way too much treble. So, so easy to set up & the ease of use is incredible. The sound produced is excellent. I've set up my Beam to work with my google home & my Spotify account. LOVE this speaker. I will be looking at expanding my sound bar in the future with a Sonos product.
