I bought this product to get better sound without having to buy a subwoofer. It does not come with a remote. The connection to use on phone (Iphone) is horrible. It will not pair with my YouTube Tv stick. Very disappointed after being very excited. The sound Sonos gives is good but not crisp clear.

Should have purchased a less intelligent soundbar

The Beam Gen 2 has been an absolute PITA. I have a 32" 4K QD-OLED monitor attached to a desktop PC over DP, a PS5 over HDMI, and the Beam over HDMI eARC. When using the monitor's Auto Select feature, if the PS5 is off and the desktop PC goes to sleep, the Beam becomes thej input source and displays static images. This is stupid! Make it stop!

Not sure I would spend this much money on a sound bar again

I do love the sound bar, but I have a generation one and it fell about a foot and a half and now the base part of it makes a horrible light sound. I called Sonos to see if I can send it in to get repaired even though I've already bought another one and they said they don't repair them, so super expensive and that they won't repair damaged one kind of crazy

Cons: If Sandbar gets damaged, they don't repair them
