Way too hard to setup

This product like all Sonos systems I have is way to hard to setup. It requires an internet connection and a complex setup which does not work first time. After an hour on the phone with a very patient tech we got it working but I hate to think what happens when some internet glitch makes me have to do it again. Its just a speaker for a TV, you should be able to plug it in and it works. It does not need an internet enabled setup program!!!!
Cons: Difficult To Setup
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It would be better if we were able to have more volume. It is dependent on the TV system. Wish I co up of have an amplifier to augment the volume.
Pros: Dolby Digital 5.1, Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Superior Sound, Wireless Surround Sound

This product would work well for a small room but not for a room over 12x12. Also I purchased this product for my back patio and it is not equipped to handle the space. It needs more Boom Boom and character wit the sound.
Pros: Easy to use, Speech enhancement
Cons: Poor Sound Quality

Easy to set up and sound great but anytime a commercial comes on, volume blasts double what it was during the program. Other sound bars have never been this bad in this regard. Hopefully there will be an update before I get to my e0 day return policed or I'll have to try something else.
While the sound is great it does not work with older Sonos

I've been loyal to Sonos for their ease of use and have kept buying more pieces of equipment over the years which some used the s2 app but could still use the original app which was great so I could still group them all together I was very disappointed that I paid good money for this beam but could not mate it to the rest of my product. Shame on Sonos for making us have to use the s2 app
