Cons: Difficult to Use, I could of saved $500 very disappointed, I could of used my 10 year old system, It just not that good of a experience, To much money for what is received

Need optical connection for Sony Bravia TV instead of regular HDMI. ! Why make this complicated? Dismal setup instructions and no user manual! Should have bought Bose!
Pros: Not easy to set up due to dismal instructions.

The Bar and the Woofer produced two large trash bags and took hours to break down. I'm happy otherwise. Please figure out how to ship your devices without such extravagant packaging.

Not as clear as I hoped

I listened to the beam in the store and it sounded great. Got it home, connected to my TV but the same clarity that I heard in the store just isn't there. Not sure if I will be keeping it . . . Also, TV volume control is slow/lagging now.
Pros: Easy To Setup, Speech enhancement, Wireless Surround Sound
Cons: Poor Audio, Slow volume control using TV remotr (new LG TV)
