The Beam seemed to have much deeper sound in the store. Compared to the Arc, it had better base. At home, I've adjusted base to +8 and it is just okay.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Wireless

I thought it would sound much better. It doesn't have that theater experience at all. My previous soundbar from Sony was 100x better.

Purchased for my dad, simply to improve dialog for movies. Utilized in a fairly small living room. Performed room equalizing procedure. We didn't think the sound was particularly clear, especially with the vocal range. Controllable EQ settings are terrible with only bass and treble. Unit doesn't get very loud. Overall disappointed.

My wife bought me the gen2 for xmas for the Atmos experience, I was super excited, but frankly I couldn't tell the difference. I'm very disappointed. I feel I'm going to need to spend more money to get additional equipment to get the effect I expected.

I am having issues with connecting with all my play 1 but my play ones are on different WiFi and cannot get all the systems together so frustrating

I love the SONOS! We only had our Samsung soundbar and woofer for 2 years but the clarity of voices in movies was poor so we decided to research other soundbars and bought the Sonos Beam. What a difference!!! The clarity is 100% better and the base is much, much better. We're planning on buying the Sonos subwoofer in a month.
