Great Sound but narrow in scope of installation

I guess sound bars are not meant for the retired. I am sorry because we like them- what we don't like is the complicated steps in setting them up or having a young installer set it up totally thru my iPhone and then leave without showing me how to access it. Keep it simple. I work a lot of the day and do volunteer work as well. I do not spend my time in my phone all day. In fact I only access messages once or twice a day. So I do not want any tech sound system going thru my phone unless I ask it to and have the option to do it. That is all. Give people the option and have the option be one that seniors who have lives doing other things can easily manage. Aside from that the sound is great. I now have to have another tech come to my house to reset it and show me how to use it better. Gonna cost me more!!

It is far away from the quality of set of surround 3D sound speakers. Perhaps it is god to enhance the TV speakers. Definitely I cannot hear ATMOS efect, not even much surround. It gives more basses then my TV and enhance conversation - that is all. If anyone wants real surround sound must buy 5+ speakers and good receiver.

It is connected to my Samsung TV and to my iPhone. It was easy to set up. The big problem is that, when watching TV, the sound does not sync with the lip's movement. The iPhone has a Sonos app but I still cannot synchronize sound and lip movement.
