Product is good but horrible service from best buy me. I never got the promotional gif card in& sound bar rack with purchase as indicated.

We had a fantastic experience!! The young man in the theatre section was a great help!! He explained and listened to what we wanted, showed us a variety of options. We left very happy with our purchase

Great little unit especially when combined with the sub mini. A little pricy but amazing quality. Couldnt be happier with my purchase. However; Best Buy service (Sarnia) isnt that attentative. It took 3 attempts before i actually received helped and when i did, i pretty much already knew what i wanted. Its hard to compare when 80% of the units arent hooked up but it is what it is.

No remote

At this price, should have include a remote control, because the app is complex to configure and way too intrusive. Also not useful to use the control directly on the device.
Sound is quality is correct, nothing exceptional.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
