They constantly disconnect from each other. They disappear from the app, they don't connect to each other properly and customer service is non existent
Followed all the guide lines and spend 2 hours troubleshooting and testing rest my router, phone and the speaker still not connecting to Wifi cant see my network only showing 2.4 ghz. Connected once but cant see the speaker on my apply TV populating as an audio option. Possible bad wifi network card on these refurbished units.

The sound is good until I couldn't get any sound. The Sonos had been working fine for a week or so and when I turned the TV on there was no sound. I tried all the remote volumes up and down, even on the app and no sound. Tried muting and unmuting no sound. I turned on an off the cable box, TV and Sonos and still no sound.
Pros: Speech enhancement, Superior Sound
Cons: Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set up fine with new LG TV. Cuts out after an hour or two and TV reverts to internal speaker. Spent hours trying to find info and help. Sonos support is useless. Terrible product, terrible support. Steer clear of this company.
Cons: Difficult To Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wireless trouble

I love Sonos products but the beam has been a frustrating experience. When I set it up things worked fine, but after changing our WiFi setup it wouldn't connect wirelessly again. I spent an hour with supper and the end of the conversation was that I might need to hardwire the beam to the router. For what we paid that is not an ideal solution.
