Not worth the money

This was a gift so I shouldn't complain but it doesn't sound any better than my 2 year old sound bar that was a fraction of the cost.
Cons: Difficult To Setup, Poor Sound Quality

Music sounds fine to my ear, but when I listen to the radio through my speakers voices sound as if people are speaking with mouths filled with mashed potatoes, and that makes me wonder what distortions there are in the music and how much better music would sound with better speakers. I imagine that with better speakers I would hear more instruments distinctly-- but I don't have any way of comparing. This is a problems with all three Sonos speakers (a bar, Roam, and a small plug in). They are all equally disappointing. This was not a problem when I used my old (1990s) tuner and speakers.
Pros: Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Versatile
Cons: Poor Sound Quality

Purchased the sound bar but had issues having sound from tv come through. SONOS music played great but no tv sound. Called SONOS Tech Support, On Hold forever. When connected I could not understand the technician and he hung up in the middle of our conversation. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SERVICE!!!!!

I want my money back. The sound quality of the speakers are pretty good, but I am not happy with the product overall. For starters, there's no remote and the app works through wifi, but it disconnects randomly and takes hours to reconnect the devices with the app. Also airplay randomly shuts off in the middle of using it. Terrible design flaw

If anyone likes this for the price then they've never heard anything of quality. Ended up buying a legit surround sound after hearing how bad this soundbar was. No bass, no quality, no thanks

Difficult to use with my Sony TV and underwelming sound

Very difficult to set up with my TV. Once it "works" i must use both the app on my phone and the TV remote to control sound otherwise an echo is heard.
