1. Puts out decent sound. 2. If you use it to watch a lot of movies and TV shows and you don't squeeze in some music time from your iPhone/Android, it gets lost. I have to repeat the lost and found process just to get it hooked up again. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Crutchfield. We did get it set up. But if you don't use it every day, apparently it has to be reset. Unless you hardwire these babies with ethernet cable you'll be doing a lot of resetting.. Oh, did I mention that the Wi-Fi gateway is less than 6 feet from the Sonos.

Cons: Difficult To Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

I needed to upgrade the sound on my new TV and after much research and a couple of trips to the local electronics store, I landed on the Sonos Beam 2. What a difference! It's great for TV and I also listen to my music. I thought I might need a sub-woofer but its sounds fine as is. Last night I watched an action movie and the sound was incredible!!

It's fine, but to get access to the best of it apparently you need an iPhone which I do not have. I have a Samsung phone, and I have a mac computer, but apparently neither are good enough to use the tuning build into it so I am stuck on basic mode forever. I will return it at get something better.
