65 inch Sony - I don't see where the investment in this system has really improved the cheap sound that Sony built into this tv

I have a small room with a 55" TV, I was a little underwhelmed by the sound levels coming from the Beam. I expected a bit more oomf compared to the other Sonos units I've used, even the Era 100s I got in the set. Against the built in TV speakers, I can't say it's worth the money. Maybe I'm missing a setting.
Pros: Easy To Setup, Easy to use
Cons: Poor Sound Quality

With the addition of Atmos the room if filled with beautiful sound. Added a mini sub and 2 one Sl speakers to complete the surround sound. This system replaced a Bose 5.1 speaker system.
Pros: Easy To Setup, Superior Sound, Wireless Surround Sound

This is my second Beam. Both are set up as sound bars on TVs in small to medium rooms. I have had my Gem1 for several years now and use it all day every day. Still works as good as new and couldn't be happier! When I upgraded my big TV, I was set to get an Arc, but was stifled by the cost. I picked up another Beam instead thinking I would return it and level up if I wasn't happy. I wasn't happy...I was elated! The beam fills the room and sounds amazing! There was no need for the extra expense of the Arc, not that I wouldn't switch in a heartbeat if I wasn't concerned with the price difference. That said, these are amazing speakers. I may add a mini sub in the future, but for now, I am very pleased!

Sound quality is very good for a 2.0 speaker. No surrounds or subwoofer. Would be nice if the screen showed a volume bar to see what % you're at. Only shows +and - button.
