Beam fixed my audio problems

I have an LG OLED TV is a large room quite close to a furnace closet. When the furnace went on, you had to change the TV volume. With the Beam, with speech enhancement turned on, we don't even realize the furnace is running.

Bought this along with my new TV. The TV is a Samsung and all I had to do was plug in the Beam to the outlet and then plug the HDMI into the TV. The compatibility was so good that the TV did the rest. It made the Beam my default sound system. Next step is to get the surround sound added. That will be next paycheck. Really like the sound options.

A real surprise!

I was very hesitant to get rid of my 5.1 surround sound system but the wires always drove me crazy. I rented a VRBO for a month and they had a Sonos Arc and I was blown away by the quality and depth/bass coming from this small device. Bought the Sonos Beam Gen 2 and expected it wouldn't be as good but figured I would add the wireless surround speakers and subwoofer later. Within a few days I realized I didn't need any of the other stuff. This little gadget delivers amazing, immersive sound and was a breeze to set up. Turned it up once and had a neighbour complain that he could hear the bass from downstairs. And this guy never once complained about my 5.1 system and I knew I'd made the right choice. Super happy to have such great sound come from something with such a small footprint. Works amazing with both movies, TV and just stream from my phone.

Big improvement over TV speakers

The sound bar is excellent and the so is the control software. I have a Samsung NU8000 TV (2018) and I found out the hard way that it doesn't support DTS. Any DTS input signal is downgraded to PCM stereo when using ARC on the TV :( It appears Samsung dropped DTS support in 2018 so be careful!

No more headphones to hear the TV

We recently upgraded our entertainment system with an OLED TV and Sonos Beam. The sound is incredible, the voices/speech is clear and crisp, no longer need headphones to understand them. So happy with the Beam and the Sonos app plan to add a Sonos Move and sub woofer to system. I typically don't purchase the newest / high end / expenses A/V gear available but I no regrets, the sound is amazing.
