Three years old and dead.

I had the beam on my LG in my living room for about 3 years. It's dead now. Not a very long life for a speaker of this price. I will avoid Sonos in the future because you can obtain comparable sound for much less.

Purchased last year and it stopped working all the sudden Can not make it work with my smart TV with or without WIFI Tried everything, spent a lot of time fixing the issue using all the available instructions and finally just gave up

Spoken word not as good as I had hoped

This product I was told would be an upgraded spoken word alternative, as my husband is losing his hearing I called your tech support and am not clear if virtual play will even help this if i borrow an i phone I tried your chat, only to end up in a loop with a digital chat, that would never let me chat with a real thinking being/ representative. unless of course you get my cell, my email and who knows what else... I am disappointed

I'm using the Beam with my C1 LG tv. It provides slightly better audio than than the tv speakers. The audio is slightly out of sync with the picture and cannot be corrected on the app.
Pros: Dolby Digital 5.1, Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Night Mode, Speech enhancement

Does not work with TV remote controls

I like the sound but the ability to change the volume level is haphazard. The volume will sometimes increase with the volume up and a lot of times it will not. This is the same for 3 different remotes.
Cons: Unreliable

The Beam mainly works through the Sonos app - and the Sonos app is terrible. I wish I hadn't bought Sonos. Their support service is a complete failure.

Usually after an hour of operation a distorted echoing sound develops. It usually corrects itself after a few minutes. I've submitted this to customer service including sending a video recording of the event. No fix.
