Love Sound/Disappointing WiFi

We had to connect our Beam wired because it does not connect to our Wi-Fi. Our installer said it will not connect to 5g. Very disappointing because we can not use our phones for music or updates. Especially disappointing when you read that Sonos devices communicate between each other in 5g. Love sound.
Pros: Superior Sound

Surround sound is not as advertised. Weak at best. Surprised with Dolby Atmos! Worst feature cannot connect to wireless headphones? Top rated Sony"s What a shame. I hope someone will not make the same mistake I did .

We bought this to improve our tv voice sound. It doesn't help. Music is better, but voice isn't. Some shows the volume increases on its own. Voice doesn't work when volume is up.
Pros: Easy To Setup, Superior Sound
Cons: Difficult to Use, Poor voice enhancement

Set up in living room of our house. The sound is good however, you will need to purchase a sub to get the most out of it. This is not set up for an all around experience like advertised. If I had known that, I would have ordered the package instead of just the sound bar.

Easy set up but sound doesn't match up to movements/speech

Will agree it was easy to set up and get working. Unfortunately on some channels and some programs the audio doesn't match the mouth movements which is an awful viewing experience. I know there are probably a bunch of settings that I should be adjusting, but I don't know what they are, and I was hoping it would kind of "just work" without having to do a bunch of confusing settings manipulation.

I bought the sonos beam to improve sound on my TV. Mainly to hear the dialogue more clearly. It is disappointing, don't feel it is much better than the TV's integral speaker. The Bose is supposed to have a setting for dialogue and is half the price so regret not starting there.
