I have been a fan of Bose since college (I graduated in 1988). I was looking for a reasonably priced replacement to my Bose sound system and that the found the Sonos Beam fit the bill. It is used primarily with my LG TV but I also listen to music via apps like Spotify and Pandora. I will probably add a sub and satelite speakers soon.
Pros: Dolby Digital 5.1, Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Night Mode, Speech enhancement, Versatile

Using with a tv. Little hard to figure out the interface. Previous system was easy one remote button click. With this new setup not so. Hopefully will get easier with use.

I've always purchased the - top of the line - BOSE sound systems for years but since I've discovered SONOS just because I decided to give them a try buy scoring a recently returned White BEAM Gen2 I became a true believer and now SONOS is my go to sound system brand. I'm super stocked to add the Mini Subwoofer as soon as I can find a deal either a returned Sub or a refurbished one. I totally recommend this brand!
