I bought this to just have a little better sound out of my tv since it is our main source of media consumption nowadays. Spotify, Netflix, plex, etc. We are a very music-centric household, so sound quality was important. After reading some reviews, I was skeptical about the lack of low-end, but... I am REALLY surprised how much bass there is for not having a subwoofer. Overall, I am incredibly happy with the Beam and am now a Sonos convert!

I had been using Apple HomePod Minis in a stereo pair setup for my office/game room and wanted something more. I decided on the Beam since my room isn't big and I can add pieces to get surround sound. The Beam is perfect. I have a 48" OLED above my monitors and the Beam above the tv. The Beam fills the room and is great for watching movies and listening to music. I will be adding a sub and rear channel speakers to round out the setup. Setup was extremely easy and I've had no issues connecting multiple devices to the Beam. I've become an instant Sonos fanboy.
