Night Sound and Speech Enhancement doesn't work for me

I purchased this sound bar only because of the Night Sound and Speech Enhancement features. Neither seem to work for me. I 've gone through all of the troubleshooting and am proficient with tech. I chatted and the person tried to be helpful, but none of the solutions fixed the problem and the final advice I received was to "reboot" (great, like I didn't try that already). Anyway - if you are buying for these features, you might be rolling the dice...

Cons: Night Mode and Speech Enhancement don't work
