We researched this purchase for a while and it was between Sonos and Bose. Even though we have other Bose products we felt that the Sonos had superior sound and quality. This is our first Sonos and won't be our last. We also purchased the sub with the Beam and it was a great purchase as well. We are looking forward to adding to our system in the future. Superior...

I bought the Beam to replace an old Yamaha YSP300 soundbar big bulky and bomb proof. The Beam takes up so much less room, it's very light but the sound is amazing clear and the bass is good, I'm looking forward in the future to adding a pair of Speakers behind my Sofa and maybe a mini Sub, just need to get a a few quid together,

I use this product for a simple TV setup. My Sony Bravia TV has downward facing speakers that make it difficult for me to clearly hear dialog (due to my hearing limitations). I have a complete Definitive Technology surround sound set up, but bought the Beam to make it easy for my wife to watch TV without switching on the entire Home Theater system. I am extremely pleased with the TV setup, but once I switched to listening to music via Sirius/XM I was even more pleased with my decision to add this speaker. Sound is crystal clear and quite dynamic.

This is a fantastic soundbar for anyone looking to get a more immersive experience with their home theater setup. I didn't realize how important sound was to the entire experience until I bought this soundbar. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are low on space - this thing is very compact!
