Always separates itself from phone. It's always a battle to keep connected. After 6 months I have come to the conclusion that I've gone back to a regular wristband watch and don't use Sumsucks anymore.

Bugs, a lot of bugs. Every single day I need to re-add my contacts shortcut on the watch since each morning the shortcut appears with the contacts gone,just gone ......so, each morning I am adding the same contacts ti the shortcut .....samsung dropped the ball ,AGAIN and doesn't care to fix!

I just received my watch s7... battery is terrible! Doesn't last a day. Tried several watch faces & complications, still runs down... come on samsung! I should've kept my s5 watch!

This watch is useless. It comes preloaded with many apps but the battery can not support it. The charge lasts less than a day. I had to shut down most apps which makes it just a watch that tells time.

Battery life is horrible. Watch is dead after 5 hours. Tried to factory reset, even try to disable all the futures, still not helping. I see many people having same issue.

My first ever smart watch

I was so excited to receive this watch. It is my first ever tracking watch. The battery is horrible. Tried the updates and not running apps. Can't even make it though my work day without it going dead. Total waste of money!! 💰 Whats the sense if I can't even get 8 hours out of receiving emails and texts.
