[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Watch 7 has helped keep track of my workouts and sleep. It also motivates me to stay fit and keep pushing harder. My only issue with it is it doesn't capture distance accurately when I'm walking or running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a good smartwatch for a while, so when I saw the watch7 at a reasonable price, I couldn't pass it up. My intention was originally just for exercise or style, but it has officially become my everyday watch. My favorite features are Energy Score and Sleep Coaching. Although in my opinion my Samsung Ring works better for Sleep Coaching, more comfortable. Overall The Watch7 is comfortable, stylish and suitable for my everyday activities.
Oh yeah, now brief, seamless actions across apps and audio eraser.
