Galaxy watch 7 has some excellent features.

The screens are customizable. Very comfortable and not heavy. Excellent sleep monitoring software. This makes my older smartwatch seem ancient.

My 6th Smart Watch

I love how easy it was to set up exactly how I wanted it. From tracking my steps to making calls and sending texts. It's very user friendly and I love it.
