I love this watch. I am coming from a Garmin which I also really enjoyed but this watch is so much better (aside from battery life). I love the display, the functionality, and the way it is just an extension of my phone.

Battery lasts a bit short for my expectation. However, my biggest issue with this is what they've done with Wear OS 5 that no longer supports/allows third party watch faces installation. Man...how greed can this guys be? Are you seriously begging to make some additional profit on faces that costs cents? Killing the face creation community is a shot on your own feet. Not to mention that I just got this one to replace my perfectly working Gear S3 due to the forced obsolescence, once it became unrecognizable from Galaxy S24 lineup on.
Other than that, I'm enjoying the watch. I can see huge improvements on health monitoring sensors, compared to initial watches. It's light and confortable to wear. This is the first watch I have that I can sleep with. Hope it lasts (at least until next forced obsolescence).

A Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor measures body composition, such as skeletal muscle and fat mass. The body composition feature on your Wear OS model Galaxy watch uses a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor (located on the back of your watch) to send micro-currents to your body. This measures the amount of muscle, fat, and water in your body to give you an overall result that achieves 98% correlation to Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry scans, similar to commercial standing 8-electrode BIA device accuracy. The Galaxy Watch7 is compatible with non-Samsung phones running Android 10.0 or higher and with at least 2.0 GB of RAM.
