I upgraded from the Watch 4 classic, and I love the Watch 7 much bigger and so easy to use. I was skeptical about getting the trade in offer, but Samsung done excatly as they promised with the trade in offer.
I was concerned about battery life after reading comments before I received watch but it actually exceeded my expectations. I upgraded from a Galaxy 3. My old 3 battery died on me during a 63 mike bike ride which led me to upgrade. This one has a much brighter screen and works better in general. I'm happy with it!
Upgraded from 4 classic to 7 and am truly impressed! And my 4.classic watchband fits!

Great watch, great features. However the battery life is completely atrocious. Had 45% battery, went for a walk using the watch only for music and walking tracker and didn't even last an hour. 44 min into it the watch died.

I upgrade from my older watch and have been able to enjoy it. I like the addition of the new features and being able to use the watch with a better battery life.
I recently upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 to the new Watch 6, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Samsung processed the exchange quickly and efficiently, offering a great trade-in value. The new Watch 6 comes with many nice improvements that enhance both functionality and user experience. Overall, a seamless upgrade process and a solid product—thank you, Samsung!
I like how it looks on my wrist, the edges, the screen is very bright and it is very necessary when you are outside, the only thing I don't like is the battery... it only lasts me 8 hours, the 'always on display' is consuming a lot and but not more than the 'media playback', when I am at work I have to deactivate the Bluetooth so that it does not discharge quickly. Another thing I didn't like was the 'wireless charger' I can't charge it with my phone and it was something very necessary for those like me who spend a lot of time away from home. But after that it's a great watch.
