I know when my daughter comes home, and when she wants to speak to me, without needing to have my phone in my hand all the time at work. She's got special needs and this has been very important for peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the watch4 and it was a good watch. But this watch 7 has been an ultimate life changer for me. It is easy transferable with all my other apps and information. But it gives me more health information and apps to help me keep track of my health. I am absolutely amazed with it. I am a first responder and I have diabetes and some other autoimmune issues and this watch has been a real lifesaver for me!! I would recommend it hands down!!!
