I traded the 6 classic for the 7. I absolutely love it. The 6 classic wasn't a bad watch, but it was a bit heavy for the kinds of workouts that I do. As a result, it moved around on my arm a lot, despite how tight i made the band, so I never got an accurate reading from the sensor. I also am a heavy sweater which didn't help things. I am sure it is a great fit tracker for a more moderate enthusiast, but it didn't work well for me. The 7 corrected all of the above. It is lightweight, and the sensor seems to be more efficient with my profuse sweating. The upgrade was a wonderful investment for me and I would recommend the 7 to anyone who is a heavy runner.

Battery life is about the same as the galaxy watch 5 pro I traded in (figured that this would be better). But its nice that the after market bands for the 5 pr and the 6 work with the 7.
