My Watch 4 had become a staple in my routine, and I wasn’t eager to change something that already worked well. However, after switching to the Galaxy Watch 7, I’m genuinely blown away and I can say this upgrade was more than worth it.
The display is stunning. The screen is noticeably more vivid, sharp, and responsive. Whether I’m glancing at a calendar event, reviewing my daily agenda, or checking notifications during a meeting, everything is crisper and easier to read even in bright daylight. It genuinely feels like a mini smartphone on my wrist. I'm in love.
What truly sets the Galaxy Watch 7 apart is Galaxy AI. It has become a game-changer for my work and school life. I can ask it to summarize emails, remind me of key points for a briefing, or even generate quick notes and to-dos based on my voice prompts. It’s incredibly useful when I’m multitasking or in environments where I can’t be on my phone or laptop. The AI even suggests wellness tips or breaks when my stress levels are high during long shifts.
For everyday life, the Watch 7 feels smarter and more intuitive. The improved battery life means I’m not scrambling for a charger every night, and the health tracking is far more accurate than my older model.
As an officer, I need a heavy duty strap to weather through sweat, an arrest or weather changes. The green strap is just that would detailed grooves.

I will upgrade to watch 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad Samsung has increased the internal memory as I always run out of space for my music. I wish Samsung would add an auto shutoff feature the watch is off the wrist or not in use as I sometimes forget to turn off the watch after gym use. I did make this suggestion to Samsung and hopefully they integrate it to the software upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having the option to go on runs without the inconvenience of carrying a phone. My watch does it all. From phone calls, music, workout & activity tracking ETC - my galaxy watch 7 lte is not just a sleak & customizable accessory; it's a multifaceted tool that is a constant staple in my daily routine. Bixby and Galaxy AI are major game changers (my old fossil smart watch did not have these functions) when it comes to those quick on-the-go commands while training, working and being a busy mom of 3 - it's like having my own assistant to complete or remember tasks, info etc that are otherwise not all that simple to pause from life and jot down, (hunt down) pickup my phone to record. Having the LTE version has become a convenience I would surely miss! Added that it connects seamlessly with my earbuds and can even be used as a wireless remote to my other galaxy devices as well as any of the 4 tvs in my house, is another perk I cannot ignore to mention. I appreciate the versatility in the over-all design and functionality. specifically when it comes to the guaranteed chances throughout my day that is will be exposed to environmental factors s/a moisture, dust and heat.
Over-all I can honestly state that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 has earned it's spot as one of the most useful tools in this entrepreneurial Mom's arsenal. I am sure that anyone would be nothing short of pleased - perhaps even impressed, by this small but powerful device's capabilities and usefulness.
