It was easy to assemble but 2 of the casters for wheels would not pop in. The others worked perfectly. Not sure what te issue was but now I have 2 rollers that are unstable.

The instructions that come with the chair are all diagrams. Hard to follow. The wheels wouldn't stay on so I called the customer support number included in the instructions and they were of no help whatsoever. The rep basically told me I needed to find someone else to assemble it for me. Wow! The chair isn't bad. The mesh back and seat make it cooler in hot weather. It has moveable arms so you can raise and lower them which is a nice feature. Its comfortable. But if I had known is was so hard to assemble I wouldn't have purchased it.

Great chair for the price. It was cheaper in store and free shipping. This is very close to the Herman Miller chairs we use in our office without breaking the bank. Happy with this chair and so is my back! I wish I bought earlier in quarantine

Delivered quickly and on time - came in just a few pieces in the box and was very easy to assemble by myself - feels solid put together. But the most important thing is this under $150 office chair feels as comfortable (and gives support where you need it) as the over $1k Herman Miller Aeron chair I’ve been sitting in at work for the past 20 years. If this Kroy chair holds up over time it might be one of the best deals around :-)
