I didn't think I needed an actual desk chair...

...when I started working from home and I finally decided to do it and I'm really glad I did. This chair is soooo much better than the dining chair I had been using. I've only had it for a few weeks but it was pretty easy to put together (I thought I was missing something b/c it was a little hard to push the wheels on but I got it eventually) and it's very comfortable. My only warning is that this chair is very heavy so a lot to carry the box upstairs when it first arrived. of course I'm sure it shows the weight somewhere on here but it didn't even occur to me as I've never had a desk chair anywhere but at work so I had no idea. Anyway I'm very pleased with it.

There was a problem with one of the casters. It seemed to collapse. I called support and a new one is being sent out in February. That seems like a long time. I took one of the casters from my old chair and put it on. Otherwise the chair is ok.
