It is way better than using my dining table chair. For the price it’s a great ergo chair to use while working from home. Bought it on a budget and because I hope to be back in the office in less than 3 months after the stay at home orders. Could use a ring around it to put my feet up since my desk sits up just a little higher but still works just as well. The seat works great for my height of 5’3. Any taller than 5 6 I think might be uncomfortable but worth trying. I work 10 hour days so it does love up to the specs.
