The chair is awful. Am returning it right away. The arms are hard & cheap plastic. The seat is too short lengthwise so it is uncomfortable to sit on for longer than a few minutes. My back aches worse in this then the one I am replacing!

The chair's mesh and seats are so comfortable. Very good for the cost. High quality. Met the ergonomic standards too. Suggestion instead of hard lumbar support can be some soft lumbar support.

This is a comfortable chair for me fairly easy to assemble includes the back support and several adjustments for arms height and recline. somewhat affordable and on rollers that are good but have a little drag.
