I ordered the chair online with pickup at the local store. The store had the chair set aside but when I went to pay it was $5 more than I was billed at the time of ordering. Not finding the email with the discounted price I let that go and paid the amount from the store. Assembling the chair was not too difficult and learning the features was very straightforward. Lumbar support is adequate but the tilt control and variable resistance is very nice. The chair is very comfortable and the mesh seat and back allow for ample air flow.

This chair is very comfortable. I've had trouble with many chairs especially executive chairs. I think the high back is the thing that bothers me. This chair is just right and have the best comfort and support
