Chair is excellent. We had some difficulty with assembly and operation of the chair. Putting the casters on the feet required a lot of pressure. As for operation we tried to adjust the height using the wrong thing (it's on the right not the left).

This chair lets me easily adjust the height back arms. I've given it 4 stars because the seat bottom does not allow for any adjustment and that would have made it perfect.

Previous to this chair I had a Staples chair that was vinyl comfortable but with two dachshunds it was subject to doggie nails. So in getting this Kroy Mesh Task Chair I don't seem to have that worry any more and it is comfortable and durable. I am a big guy but I still sit comfortably.
