I actually started with the Hyken but didn't like it. I returned it for this. Very nice. Seat is comfortable. The only draw back is I'm 6'2 and the arm rest I wish went 'up' a little more. would reccomend.
So happy to find an office chair that actually supports my lower back! Most other chairs are way too deep for shorter people. The price of the Blue chair was a nice surprise and I was able to put it together myself. The wheels are hard to lock into place. The customer service representative at Union & Scale was very helpful. She advised me to push the wheels to the point where you think they will break. The solution for me was to use a rubber mallet. I wish that I had found this chair when I was working from home for so long during the COVID lockdown.
I had an office chair that didn't fit well and I ended up sitting in it poorly. So the first thing I want to say is *read a guide on HOW TO CHOOSE AN OFFICE CHAIR*. The other advice I would give is to have adjustable arms - my old one was too high to fit under my desk so I would lean forward and then look up to work on my computer. This was really bad for my back and neck. but I hadn't noticed it over the years -until I got a new chair. The first day I used it I noticed a difference in how my back felt Adjusting arm height also helps to reduce wrist strain and soreness from learning on the edge of the desk by varying the position. This chair is comfortable to sit in for work and for gaming. I wish it had a head rest though.
