I wouldn't have ordered this chair had I known we'd have to assemble it. There is a part connecting the stem to the wheel branches that looks like a little black crown- this part is not included in the instructions and if you don't notice it at the beginning it will be leftover at the end with no way of disassembling the chair to stick it in there.

I’ll cut to the chase: -ridiculously easy to assemble it took me about 10 minutes -comfortable but I notice that it does not lower as low as you’d expect. I am 5 ft 6 and I have it on the lowest setting. When seated my feet are flat on the floor but if I was just an inch or two shorter probably not. -the recline function is stiff meaning you will not be able to naturally sit back into a recline you’ll have to use some force. I reclined the back just a little and locked it and the position is comfortable (and reclining is probably not great for posture anyway!) -I noticed that the casters don’t slide as smoothly across my chair mat as those on my other chair. In reading through the chair info it does state that this chair comes with “hard tread” casters which are intended for carpet. You can buy “soft tread” casters separately which are designed for use on a chair mat. Did not know that was a thing but there you go. -the lumbar support is fine but I do wish it had a slightly wider range for adjustment. Overall I highly recommend— I tried ALL the chairs in the store one day and this was by far the most comfortable and at a reasonably price.

I’m really liking this chair so far. I sat in every chair in the department & this was the only chair that provided me with the low back support at a very reasonable price. I’m using this chair 10 hours per day and have had no issues so far. I also appreciated the affordable $15 setup.

lumbar support is hard plastic and not great shape

would be ideal if it was padded not hard and if it could be removed or intensity dialed back (key to next purchase). not comfy very long might need to return it. i'm 5ft 11in 165 lbs aka average guy.
