I have used these chairs in the past and they are very comfortable and breathe nicely while sitting all day. I just bought this one and completed the installation and as soon as I rolled in onto my hardwood floor the casters do not spin the way they should and are creating marks on the floor. These must be the cheapest casters they could find or a very bad design flaw. The tilt is very tight unless it needs worked in a bit. I have it on the loosest tension and it still wants to hang a bit as it comes forward. The chair was packaged in a way that it created a crevasse on the outer armrest. I can live with it but still. I most likely will be taking it back if possible. The caster issue is unbearable. Very disappointed

Still Trying to put it together!

One of the holes is not the same as the others although all the screws are the same. The man putting it together has to buy another tool to make this work. We expect it to be a good chair but this is a real problem. Other more expensive chair we bought came with a handy tool and was much easier. And he is a handyman.
