I bought 2 different chairs and returned them eventually then I found this chair which was also lower price than those two chairs. I have been using this chair for 10 days and to be honest I am so impressed how good and comfortable this chair is. definately worth the money and highly recommended. the only problem I have is that the seat springs wont seem to last long (Im just guessing) but I have bought the three years converage so I should be fine. and the other thing is the lumbar back support which is a piece of plastic and no cusion nor soft it could have been something a little softer matterial but still not that bad.

Chair went together fairly well. Parts should be marked as to indicate what goes toward front and what doesn't. Assembly was actually a fun experience for my spouse and myself. We did it in approximately 40 minutes. Then we had to decide who got to sit in it first - took about an hour (kidding!). Went thru the seat adjustments and now working on the computer is a real joy and comfortable! Got the blue color which is admirable.

Assembling this chair was incredibly difficult. The wheels are supposed to snap into the base but I was not able to do so. My coworker ended up placing a wheel in the base and then hitting the base as hard as he could on the ground to make the wheels go in. After he got the wheels installed it took about 10-15 minutes to finish assembling. The chair is comfortable but adjusting the back is slightly difficult. The chair seat is very firm and supportive.

Having a home office I've become an expert in bad chairs since I always buy them and they last a few months. The arrm design on this chair is much smarter and less likely to break from stress. And it's comfortable and has plenty of features for position.

Great if you have very big legs and have trouble fitting in chairs at times. Good lumbar support. The wheels were very difficult to put in though. I honestly thought that this chair may have been defective when I originally got it because the wheel would not go in. After much struggle the wheel went in and it worked perfectly.
