This is a great chair! The lumbar tilt and height controls are smooth and strong and the chair is comfortable and quiet. Assembly was a snap (follow the instructions.) I would recommend Union & Scale to anyone. Thanks.

the chair seems to be well built and sturdy. It does have enough ways to adjust it to fit one's body and sitting preferences. The one thing that I think is a drawback is the front-to-back length of the seat. It's not long enough to support one's entire leg instead leaving several inches of thigh over the front of the seat. I'd prefer some additional support at the front.
