This chair is what I needed. I was somewhat skeptical of a mesh chair but it is comfortable. The adjustable arm rests and seat height are great. The chair seems to be well built. So far I am happy with the chair.

Good chair good price. Would have given it 5 stars except for the assembly difficulty: Two of the five wheel casters could not be pressed into base . Three went right in no problem. No matter how hard I pressed/pushed the two casters would not go in. I had to go out and buy a rubber mallet and then give the two non fitting casters several very hard whacks with the mallet to get them to snap in place. Luckily the mallet worked but I was afraid I was going to crack the wheels etc. So be prepared to have some difficulty in getting the casters to fit in place.

Chair adjustments help ths chair become a favorite for doing desk and computer work. Lumbar support is excellent and an added feature I did not realize was included. Cannot complain about customer service provided that helps sell me on this product.

We bought 4 of these in our office. All 4 of us like it very much. The mesh back and seat conform to your body but are very supportive (like a good quality mattress) so they are comfortable all day long. I don't experience the fatigue I did with my old chair at the office. The adjustments are easy and simple. The wheel base is wide so the chair is stable ... would be hard to tip over in it. It's not an executive luxury leather chair that screams "CEO" in it's styling but as a task chair it's amazing. So ... I bought one for myself for my home office during this COVID19 crisis. Assembly is also very easy. One of the chairs at the office had the mesh netting come away from the frame ... the replacement was simple no questions asked ... within warranty no additional warranty purchased.
