Seat is a bit firmer than I expected. Back support is good. Haven’t figured out how to tilt the seat yet. Also - I’m 5’4” and my feet just reach the floor at the lowest setting.

This chair did not work for me (I'm 5'11)

This chair did not work for me. I am dealing with Thoracic back spasms and was hoping the lumbar support and back rest would help keep me in good posture. I took the arms off adjusted the lumbar and have used the chair for about 1.5 months now and this chair isn't helping. I also feel when I am typing my elbows don't have as much freedom as I'd like due to the wide back. Even though it has an adjustable lumbar there's something about the back rest/lumbar design that doesn't help keep my shoulders back when seated perfectly.
