Purchased the Kroy and it meets my needs perfectly — as I have a desk that is slightly higher than normal and this chair rises high enough to accommodate. Had minor difficulty was the assembly as one of the thirteen screws would not properly seat in the fastener. everything else was well marked and assembled smoothly.
