The reasons why I like this chair: 1. The arm rests are sufficiently low and adjustable: I recently purchased a computer desk with a pull-out keyboard drawer. Chairs such as this seem to be perfect for this type of desk. 2. The mesh cushion is comfortable: This chair provides a comfortable implementation of the mesh cushion. Added bonus: cat hair will not get embedded in the mesh cushion like they do on fabric covered cushions 3. Has all required task chair functions: height adjustable appropriate for my height/weight. I haven't played with the chair back recline but the default position is good with adequate give. 4. Looks good: The chair looks like a typical professional office chair. I don't like to see Gaming Chairs when I am in a meeting with coworkers and this chair puts across the right professional look.

Definitely happy with my purchase on this chair. Only reason it's not a full 5 star rating is b/c only after a couple days of use the chair started to make a load "clunking" noise when I would lean back on it & I'm not a larger person but other than that I'm happy with my purchase!!

Bought this chair recently and am very happy with it. It had easy assembly with clear directions. As a short petite woman I have had great difficulty finding an office chair that could be adjusted to fit my body type and allow me to put my feet on the ground when sitting at my desk. The mesh seat is cool and firm and the adjustable lumber support enables me to sit back in the seat without feeling I am being pushed forward. This chair does not take up a huge amount of floor space and is light enough for me to move and lift. All in all a good buy at a reasonable price ... I would recommend it!
