casters not rolling very well

After I assembled this chair I noticed that the casters are not rotating and rolling very well on our hardwood floor. I also had bought another chair before (Carden mesh chair) and I never have this problem with its casters. It seems to be some sort of design problem.

Great Airmesh Office chair for a great price

My office chair has seen better days and the sale last week came at the perfect time - a Christmas present to myself! The chair has just enough adjutments to make it fit me and is one of the tallest sitting chairs I've found. Both very important features.

Very Comfortable

I am enjoying my new chair I love the lumbar support the adjustable seat back the adjustable seat height and the adjustable arm rest. It moves around easily as well on the wheels and is firm comfortable and supportive.

Not Comfortable!

I purchased this chair in Nov 2016 for my office. I usually sit for about 8 hours a day at my desk job. I was looking for something with back/lumbar support. It was comfortable for the first day and then the plastic lumbar support started digging into my hips since there is no cushion between the lumbar support and the mesh fabric. After a week in the chair I could barely move that entire weekend and my skin was sore to the touch because of the 8 hours of having plastic digging into the top of my hips. If you have a desk job and enjoy moving and life... I would not recommend this chair!

I recently returned to school and I needed a chair that is both comfortable and durable. This is it. Very simple assembly although I put the armrest on backward. I know that it is something I can correct. I still stress over the homework but I have nothing but accolades for the chair. I like it.
