BEST CHAIR I'VE EVER OWNED

I have a bad back so sitting for long periods is uncomfortable. While this is certainly not an expensive chair it is the best and most comfortable one I have ever owned -- and it has an adjustable lumbar piece. I also like the mesh surfaces they are firm and allow for air circulation that other materials (e.g. leather) do not. The construction appears to be solid as well. Great product thanks!

Probably OK is you weigh less than 150lbs otherwise not recommended.

Have major regrets after purchasing the chair for my office. Chair was delivered the next day free shipping. That's a major plus for Staples. When I tested it in the store it seemed OK and was on big discount. But having used the item in the office I have problems with it. I weigh around 200lbs and the mesh seating just does not have strong enough support. Thus my thighs are pressed in by the plastic border of the seat making me constantly shift my behind to alleviate the pressure. Long story short this chair is not comfortable. Another annoying thing is the metallic sound coming from the casters whenever the chair is moved on the plastic floor mat. Thus having two major peeves with this chair spells - DO NOt Buy.

Chair has all the features I needed including seat height arm height tilt and lumbar adjustment. It was easy to assemble and seems to be sturdy enough for the use I will give it in my home. I bought it at the store where it was discounted so the price was very good considering the feature set it has.

Comfortable

I bought this chair because the one I had took up too much room in my office. This one without all the bulk of padding and such turns out to be a great choice and I did not sacrifice the comfort! I love that it also has the lumbar support for my back and the adjustable arms is a bonus I hadn't expected to need or care about but love!

This chair is very comfortable. great for my lower back. I still give it a top rating even though it came with 2 right arms. I called support and they were very helpful and sent a left arm rest right away

Uncomfortable

Chair looks great & the seat has "give." I sat in it in the store & liked it fine but I sit at a desk 10-12 hrs per day & am up & back to the chair lots. Exiting the chair is tough; where your legs press to exit the chair there is ZERO padding. It's not a good design at all.

OK Chair

I have used these chairs in the past and they are very comfortable and breathe nicely while sitting all day. I just bought this one and completed the installation and as soon as I rolled in onto my hardwood floor the casters do not spin the way they should and are creating marks on the floor. These must be the cheapest casters they could find or a very bad design flaw. The tilt is very tight unless it needs worked in a bit. I have it on the loosest tension and it still wants to hang a bit as it comes forward. The chair was packaged in a way that it created a crevasse on the outer armrest. I can live with it but still. I most likely will be taking it back if possible. The caster issue is unbearable. Very disappointed
