The chair itself is very comfortable, but only after a short amount of time the 'seat' started to pull out of the plastic mold.
Would not purchase one again.

I tried many chairs when I was at Staples and this felt the best. This is probably the best chair that I ever had. Hard to explain except that I feel very relaxed in this chair. Very good for my lower back.

Great chair but...

I purchased this chair almost two weeks ago and, when I opened the box to assemble it, there were four screws missing. This required a trip to the hardware store to locate replacements. The manufacturer should have done a better job of checking that all necessary hardware was included. Otherwise, the chair is comfortable, and I hope it will last a long time.
