LOVE THE CHAIR for all the many reasons others are happy with it. The problem is with the "painted" screws. It's great that they were marked with separate colors to identify which step to use them but the paint was so thick it was flush with the threads. They should have marked the color on the top of the screws! My son melted off the paint with a lighter then we had to wait 20 minutes for them to cool off so we could handle them... Yes I would by the chair again. Yes I would recommend to a friend.

I went into a Staples looking for a new office chair. I found this chair and went up to the Sales Associate and asked for the chair. She stated they did not have it at the store...but online it's $60 cheaper with free delivery. Did I want to buy it and have it delivered? YES. It was and assembly took about 45 minutes. Good chair at a great price.
