I liked this chair because it has a mesh top and bottom nice and cool. It has good adjustments and feels like quality. Unfortunately I could not get used to the curve of the low back. I kept wanting to deflate the lumbar support but it can't be done. I wound up buying a more basic chair that's less adjustable but has a more flat back as its only position.

I did buy it & had it put together by Staples before they delivered it to me. So far it's a very satisfactory chair except a small screw may have fallen out but I'm not sure what part of the chair it came from.
