It supports my lower back as well as my legs. In my small over crowed office I may take off the arm rests.

This chair was bought as a gift for someone needing lumbar support while working at his home office. He says it's comfortable and was easy to assemble. So far so good.

I like the chair the only thing is that it is hard to push back

I'm 5' 8". The chair fits me perfectly. the lumbar adjustment is a nice feature. Even though it doesn't move much I am able to position it properly. I really like that the back is variably adjustable to position it. Sometimes I want the back more relaxed and this feature gets me there.

The chair is comfortable. God support when I sit back. I do use a pillow on the seat. A little softer for me.
