Chair is very comfortable and simple to assemble. Everything was included in box. Chair was out of stock in stock and Staple shipped chair to my house for. There was a problem with chair the staples were coming out of frame of the seat. Customer service was excellent. They send me a replacement chair the next day with a return label for me to return the defective chair. Just repackaged chair and dropped off with UPS. I am very satisfied with purchase and Staples' customer service.

Having been an office worker for 25+ years this is one of the most comfortable chairs I have had. The lumbar support is the best for sitting extended periods of 8-10 hours a day.

So far it's been a great chair. Very comfortable. It is yet to be seen how the mesh holds up. Sales reps DJ and Marcelle were great. I'm sure we will purchase at our local Moses Lake Staples again. Thank you for the great customer service. Computer tec Sabastian is great also.
