This is a decent chair but the screws on the seat back did not line up properly so there is only one screw holding the back on.

When I sat in this chair in the store it seems like a good fit for me. The lumbar support felt strong and overall it seemed comfortable. I really wanted a chair with a nice modern look so this was good. After sitting at my desk 6-8 hours per day for a week I've changed my mind. The lumbar support is a hard plastic piece that digs into your back. There's no cushion at all in the seat which makes for a sore rear after a day of work. This chair is definitely going back.

Chair is very comfortable and simple to assemble. Everything was included in box. Chair was out of stock in stock and Staple shipped chair to my house for. There was a problem with chair the staples were coming out of frame of the seat. Customer service was excellent. They send me a replacement chair the next day with a return label for me to return the defective chair. Just repackaged chair and dropped off with UPS. I am very satisfied with purchase and Staples' customer service.
