Comfortable - But will it last?

I have owned this chair for less than a month and the staples are coming out on the left side that holds the mesh in place for the seat. I have contacted support and will see what can be done. Chair is comfortable for an 8 hour work day!

Just bought this chair and within the month the mesh seating came undone/started to fray at the staples holding the mesh lining. The seat is completely un-sittable being too loose and the staples sticking out can cut or scratch you if you did sit in the chair.

I had purchased this for my office chair about a year ago and was a little concerned since I hadn't ever had a full mesh chair before but it's the best chair I've ever had. We recently needed to replace another office chair and we purchased this same chair again. Very supportive and comfortable.
