I read through the reviews to get a good sense of the product and would like to address both the good and the bad. The good it’s comfortable for long sitting spells. I bought this as an alternative to the herman miller aeron chair and I can say I’m glad I did. It’s solid and I could buy three of these for the price of one of the herman miller chairs. The bad reviews focused on staples holding the material coming out and the difficulty of assembling yourself. There’s no 100% foolproof manufacturing process the real test is whether they were able to get it replaced without hassle. Read the reviews with that in mind. Also the manual is all pictures with no wording. If you take it step by step and slow it’s not a problem. A couple of times I looked multiple times to make sure but it went together rock solid. Love it will get again even if it wears out in a reasonable time.
Went in store to try and find a chair since I’ll be working from home upon first sit in the chair it’s very comfy! Firm supports the back arms can be adjusted. So purchased it and it was to be shipped to me. Was delivered and assembled so easy! Used it for my first full day working from home. By noon I was done with the chair. SO uncomfortable. The lumbar adjustment is hard plastic and with the mesh chair back when you lean against it that is all you feel after a few hours. Even trying to adjust the support to move it didn’t help. Then the seat itself is tight mesh. KILLED my hips sitting it this chair. I was so bummed because the reviews were good and initially trying this chair it was a good fit. Returned it and went with the beautyrest platinum chair. Def worth the extra money to get a comfy chair that you’ll be sitting in for 7 hours a day.
