It's what I wanted but others may want a more "comfy chair."

I hate those flimsy chairs that break after a short period. This chair is solid heavy and comfortable. The controls are easy to operate. Don't waste time on the cheap ones. This is the real deal.

Awesome support for the big person over 200 lbs. Easy to assemble. Quick. Instructions could be clearer but use common sense.

The back gets bolted to the seat. Except the holes that house the bolts were drilled incorrectly so the bolts wouldn't go all the way in and the back wobbled as a result. I called & they shipped a replacement. That was quick & easy. But they didn't want the defective one back. Rather than inspect the bad one and learn from what they did wrong they told me to throw it away. Way to add to the landfill Staples!
