I would definitely recommend this product. However the instructions on how to put the casters on was a little bit of a scare. I did reach out to the store and spoke with a Zack who unfortunately was quick to transfer me to a manager for a return rather than assist me that it would take more to push the casters in. I was mad enough after I got off that phone call that I got all the casters in without a problem. It’s a comfortable chair I like how it conforms. Excellent purchase

Great chair - comfortable and light. The mesh allows the air to circulate therefore the chair is cool and not hot and sticky like previous leather chair.

Got this a few weeks ago. It was medium hard to put together. The lumbar bar tends to not stay in place; I need to bring it back up a lot. It also feels awkward like the seat will eventually wear out. All the controls work great however and it's otherwise comfortable and easy to roll around!
