bought this chair with hubby. chair feels lightweight and lower quality but very comfortable for him. he loves it and its features **SO FAR**. i tried it and because of the way i sit or posture the chair hurts under my thighs. as for assembly ~ rather easy. for those who ask how to insert the wheels be sure to insert the wheels with the "C-Clip's Opening" facing away and inserting the wheel's shaft with pressure exerted away from the C-Clip opening. it'll slide right in easily. we purchased the unconditional "Staples Warranty" for $20. we were told any damage ***and Normal Wear & Tear*** of any type within THREE YEARS Staples will replace the chair!! Again this is the 3yr warranty plan.
